At the completion of the inspection you  will receive a computer generated report overview and/or a complete 16 page report with photos as directed by the client. Our reports are state of the art, professionally prepared on site, and well liked by our clients. The average inspection takes up to 3 hours to complete. We highlight positives in the report. Buyers and sellers are welcome to attend the inspection.

We are a service based company and are available for questions at any time.
